The NEO Plus series comes with several key differences compared to the original NEO series. Both models offer rear wash, feminine wash, and self-clean modes, but the NEO Plus boasts an upgraded Advanced 360° Self-Cleaning Mode. This feature is designed to help users maintain the bidet's cleanliness between routine upkeep by flushing debris off not only the bidet nozzle(s), but also the Guard Gate.
Additionally, the NEO Plus series features Lift-to-Clean and Slide-in Installation, making the installation process quick and simple, without the need to remove the toilet seat. The NEO Plus is compatible with most 2-piece toilets and some 1-piece toilets, and works with most toilet seats, including the LUXE Toilet Seat. The weight limit for NEO Plus bidets is 300 lbs. Customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus series bidet should use the new parts included in the kit, as the NEO Plus series comes with Standard 3/8" Fittings, which are different from the NEO Series 1/4" fittings.
